Delivery Information

Applicable only for products that are sealed, unused, and accompanied by the receipt and original packaging.
Return/exchange period: within 7 days from the date of receipt.
We support returns/exchanges for manufacturer defects or incorrect items.

Process: Contact customer service → Send the product back to our warehouse → Inspection → Exchange or refund (if eligible).
